چکیده
Purpose: Clinical reasoning (CR) is the ability to integrate knowledge of diagnoses with use supporting theories create effective, client-centered interventions. One means teaching CR rehabilitation students using standardized patient (SP) experiences. The relationship between faculty and student ratings after SP experiences has not been researched. purpose study was determine if there would be correlations physical therapy (PT) occupational (OT) skills an experience. Method: Reasoning Assessment Tool (CRAT) used by self-reflect on their performance experience compared respective ratings. CRAT includes three subsections: content knowledge, procedural conceptual reasoning, each a visual analog scale. Correlations students’ self-assessment reviews were analyzed Spearman’s rho correlations. Results: Seventeen PT seventeen OT participated. correlation coefficients for were: (r=.180; p=.488), (r=.697; p=.002), (r=.258; p=.317). (r=.103; p=.693), (r=.676; p=.003), (r=.505; p=.039). Conclusions: Neither nor statistically significant in relation Both rating strong significant. significantly correlated faculty; however, strong, had positive correlations, Further research needed assess development longitudinally across curricula.

Most contemporary clinical reasoning tests typically assess non-automatic thinking. Therefore, a test is needed to measure automatic reasoning or pattern recognition, which has been largely neglected in clinical reasoning tests. The Puzzle Test (PT) is dedicated to assess automatic clinical reasoning in routine situations. This test has been introduced first in 2009 by Monajemi et al in the Oly...
